What will happen during the free trial?

During the free trial, you'll get an up-close and personal experience with our platform. We'll initially arrange a consultation with one of our experts to understand your existing workflows and co-design a business case showing how our solution can add value to your business. Post this, we'll create your first pipeline and generate preliminary results for review. Lastly, we'll conduct a training session to help your team leverage our platform to the fullest.

Why & when should I choose your Business plan?

The Business plan empowers you to get up and running in a fraction of time and get access to our certified skills to automate and personalize your marketing and sales operations, along with premium support and CRM integrations. You will also get an exclusive access to our latest features, ensuring that your business stays ahead of the curve.

I have a different CRM (not HubSpot, or Apollo). Can we use Personize for our sales and marketing teams?

Absolutely! Reach out to us before subscribing to our plans. We're currently developing a Salesforce integration and have Outreach and SalesLoft on our roadmap. For other CRM tools, we're open to creating a custom solution or leveraging platforms like Zapier to build those pipelines.

Our database is messy or misses a lot of data. Can we still utilize ChatGPT via Personize for our business?

Yes, you certainly can. Most businesses face similar challenges. We can offer a solution to make your data ready for ChatGPT integration within your marketing, sales, or other business processes. Additionally, we can assist in integrating new data sources relevant to your industry with your existing tools.

Can we get ChatGPT to be used in our fully-automated campaigns and processes?

Indeed! Integrating ChatGPT into fully-automated campaigns is an optimal choice. To get started, we would need to evaluate your tech stack, internal resources, and existing processes. Based on this, we'll propose a roadmap for the integration of ChatGPT into your fully-automated campaigns or business flows.

How do credits work in Personize?

Credits in Personize are utilized as a form of currency to perform various operations or tasks within our platform, specifically, the deployment of Personize Skills. The generation of an email, for instance, involves a chain of different Personize Skills working in unison. A single skill may be assigned to read a website, another to analyze and summarize the text, yet another to generate an email based on the summary and additional lead data, and so forth. There will also be a skill assigned to proofread the generated content and another one to sync the results with your chosen tool such as HubSpot, Apollo, or others. The credit cost for each operation varies based on the complexity of the skill involved. Some simple skills may only cost 1 credit, while more advanced ones could range from 2 to 10 credits per use. This flexible system allows you to control your usage and optimize the allocation of resources according to your specific needs. This framework ensures efficient allocation of resources, giving you more control over your operations while maximizing the potential of each skill and your overall productivity.
