Our AI Principles
Personize exists to make enterprise AI more reliable by giving systems governed memory, shared context, and accountable controls. We believe AI should help organizations operate with greater accuracy and consistency, while protecting privacy, preserving human oversight, and preventing misuse.
These principles guide how the Personize platform is designed, deployed, and evolved.
What guides every decision we make
Truth over fluency
AI should be anchored to reliable memory and verified context, not rewarded for sounding confident when it is wrong.
Governance is not optional
Memory, policies, and instructions should be structured, controlled, and consistently enforced across every agent and workflow.
Human accountability remains essential
Humans remain responsible for decisions, approvals, and outcomes, especially in high-impact business processes.
Customer data must stay isolated and protected
AI systems should never blur one customer’s information with another’s. Strong boundaries, permissions, and record-level controls are fundamental.
Privacy must be preserved by design
AI should enable personalization without exposing sensitive information or collecting more data than is necessary.
Transparency builds trust
Organizations should be able to understand what memory was used, what guidance was applied, and why an AI system produced a given output.
Consistency matters across agents
Enterprise AI should not behave like disconnected assistants with conflicting answers. Shared memory and shared governance should create a single operational truth.
AI should augment expertise, not replace judgment
The goal of AI is to help teams move faster and work smarter while preserving human reasoning, creativity, and discretion.
Limits must be acknowledged openly
AI systems have failure modes. Responsible deployment requires testing, monitoring, and clear recognition of where models and memory can break down.
We will not support deceptive or harmful uses of AI
We will not knowingly enable systems designed to mislead, fabricate trust, violate privacy, or manipulate people through false or hidden context.
These principles aren't aspirational. They're how we build.
Every feature, integration, and policy in Personize is measured against these commitments. If something doesn't meet the bar, it doesn't ship.
